• The HxGN SDx Web Client is no longer compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer. We do support Google Chrome and Microsoft’s new Chromium-based Edge Browser. For more information about our hardware and software recommendations, see HxGN SDx Hardware and Software Recommendations.

• For Update 12 and later, use SmartPlant Markup Plus 2019 Service Pack 1. For Update 11 and earlier, use SmartPlant Markup Plus 2019. For more information about our hardware and software recommendations, see HxGN SDx Hardware and Software Recommendations.

• If you have already installed the earlier release of Update 12 (10.00.12.0257) but you want to install the new repackage of Update 12 (10.00.12.0258) instead, you must first uninstall the old software and then install the repackage. For more information, see Run the new version of Server Manager.
