Revenue in SAP is often identified by the cost element range. You can use Import Forecast and Import Actual operations to bring in revenue values by specifying the cost element range that corresponds to revenue values in your SAP system.

If the SAP system represents revenue values as negatives, and you want to represent them as positive values in EcoSys, you can add this optional parameter to the operations to cause the values to switch from negative to positive costs. This parameter applies to all three currency cost values: transaction currency, object currency, and controlling area currency (external.

<parameter name="valueMultiplier">-1</parameter>

The value multiplier parameter is logged to the batch job log along with the other parameters, so you can confirm it is in effect when used.
