Follow the procedure below to relate one or more contract changes to an RFI.

Navigate to Contracts > RFIs.

At the top of the screen, in the green parameter bar, click the Contract ellipsis to select the required contract.

If required, click REFRESH to update the screen.

Click the RFI Register tab.

Click the RFI ID hyperlink. The RFI Details panel appears.

Click the Related Project Changes tab.

In the RFI Details panel, in the green parameter bar, click the Contract Change ellipsis to select the required contract change.

Click the Project ID ellipsis to select the required project.

Click the Change ID ellipsis to select the required change ID.

Click the Insert Row icon to add a new project.

Click SAVE. The Project Name and Change Name fields auto-populate.
Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete a selected row.
