The Safety Item log may be used to identify when Safety Item events including Safety Item creation and status change took place.

The Log tab provides a list of all process logs associated with safety item creation and maintenance. These records include the Safety Item ID, Safety Item Name, Description, Comment, applicable User, and Date (time stamp). To view the change logs:

  1. Navigate to Contracts > Safety Items.

  2. At the top of the screen, in the green parameter bar, click the Contract ellipsis to select the required project.

  3. Click REFRESH to update the screen.

  4. Click the Log tab.
