Problem
There is no communication between the Web Client and the Extensibility application domains.
Solution
You must ensure that the communication between the Web Client and the Extensibility application has been correctly configured. The communication must be setup to send events to the correct domain. If any Angular samples have been used, you must ensure that the values set in the settings.json file are correctly configured.
