You can only create Smart Cloud Service Incidents or Service Requests if you have Smart Community level access by logging on to https://smartcommunity.hexagonppm.com/.

You can use the following information to raise an estate request with the Smart Cloud Support Team.

  1. Click the Support button Support_icon on the Intergraph Smart Cloud Portal home page.

    If you are a Smart Community user, you will be redirected to the Smart Community page, where you can create a Smart Cloud Service Incident or Service Request.

  2. Type the Estate Support details in the specified boxes, and click Submit. A support ticket is generated and an email sent to your email address with the Estate Support details, such as the estate technical contact information, and so on.
