Before you add a new user to AcceleratorLXP, understand that the user must already exist in AcceleratorKMS and that you cannot delete the user after you add them. You can only make them inactive.

From the left navigation bar, go to Users
and click Create. -
Enter the same username used in AcceleratorKMS.

Under Personas, toggle on one of the following options: Learner, Trainer, Manager, Admin.

If you've granted the user an Admin persona, choose a role from the Admin role drop-down list. Admin roles have a variety of admin-related permissions available to them.

Click Create.

Click OK.
The learner's name appears blank until the first time the user logs in. When the user logs in to AcceleratorLXP for the first time, their Name field automatically gets populated with the name value that's in AcceleratorKMS. You cannot edit a user's name in AcceleratorLXP.
