Understand how AcceleratorLXP can supplement your current Learning Management System (LMS).

AcceleratorLXP

  • Enables users to learn in the flow of work. Learning content is based on the jobs people perform in the field.

  • Allows you to define reusable and single-use competencies. Those competencies are populated with learning modules based on AcceleratorKMS content and learning statements that can include anything from text, tables, internal and external links, as well as attachments, embedded video and HTML.

  • Defines structured qualification pathways that encompass an overarching qualification or certification plan. Qualification pathways consist of competencies and learning modules.

  • Assigns people to qualification pathways rather than to modules.

  • Focuses on individual learners rather than teams. Qualification pathways are assigned to one or more users.

  • Gives credit to people for competencies they've already completed in other pathways.

  • Retraining is triggered based on learning module, competency, or pathway.

LMS

  • Based on modular assignments rather than qualification pathway assignments.

  • Focuses on teams rather than single users. Modules are assigned to teams.

  • Most do not support final qualification processes.

  • Retraining is triggered based on module only.

  • Supports live training session sign-up, rostering, and tracking.

  • Supports credentialing based on cumulative training hours tracked.
