Start assigning qualification pathways - AcceleratorKMS - Version 1.0 - Help - Hexagon

Once a qualification pathway is built, is active, and has at least one active learning module, you can assign the pathway. Any time after a pathway is assigned, you can edit the assignment to add or remove learners, trainers, and managers.

Changes to any component within an existing qualification pathway impact new assignments only. Existing assignments do not reflect those changes.

1. From the left navigation bar, go to Assignments  and click Create.

2. Click inside the Qualification pathway field and choose the qualification you want to assign.

3. Click inside the fields below and choose the users you want to be part of the assignment:

   1. Learner: Select one or more learners. Assigned learners receive an email notifying them of the assignment and a notification in AcceleratorLXP.

   2. Trainer: Select one or more trainers. Assigned trainers receive an email notifying them of the assignment and a notification in AcceleratorLXP. Trainers help guide the learner to success and might be required to join an assessment of the learner.

   3. Manager: Select one or more managers in the assignment. Managers are responsible for approving the qualification pathway after it's completed by the learner.

4. Click Create.
