  1. Under the SmartPlant Foundation Sites node, expand the site node in the tree view and select the Settings node.

  2. Double-click the LicenseServerURL property.

  3. Type the new URL address.

  4. Click OK.

    Ensure you choose the correct path for the license server URL. On startup, Server Manager checks for the web.config file in first the installed directory of the server and then the SmartPlant Foundation License Server. If the license server URL is not valid, a validation failed error message displays. Check the directories and retry.
