Flanged tripping brackets are created by matching up a bracket symbol with a flange symbol. To set up a bracket symbol so that you can apply a flange, you add two points, named PointA and PointB. Optionally, you may also want to add reference points named PointARef and PointBRef.
A flange symbol is defined with similar PointA and PointB points. The flange symbol contour represents the unfolded shape of the flange with appropriate end definitions. The symbol should also contain the knuckle line, which is required for manufacturing marking.
The final shape is determined by combining the two symbols, matching up points PointA and PointB.
