If you are upgrading from an earlier version than Smart Electrical Web API 2.1.3, you must uninstall any previous installation of Smart Electrical Web API, delete the installation folder (..\SEL Web API), and unregister Smart Electrical Web API on Hexagon's Smart Application Manager (SAM) authentication server. It is
recommended that you keep the details of the registration because you will need to
register Smart Electrical Web API again on the authentication server after installing the new version.
