Security rules can only be used in the Web Client and SDx.
Security rules can be used to limit the types of data that users have access to in the system. When an Object Entry Point exposes a class definition that is configured with security rules, any queries that are sent to the end point are limited by those security rules.
A user’s access group is used to determine which security rules are relevant. When an Object Entry Point exposes an interface definition, any security rules are also applied according to the class definitions that realize the interface definition.
