The ProgrammaticAccessRequired option on the ISPFExpansion interface definition can be used to denote relationship expansions, which are required to support various internal system mechanisms. The option controls the ability to expand a relationship regardless of any security applied in order to support user workflows, which would otherwise require complex security modeling.
It is recommended that administrators avoid using this option as it could cause unpredictable
system behavior.
