DATABRIDGE IMPACT NOTE:

More field mappings for supplier contact are added for both outbound and inbound SupplierPartyMaster under SupplierPartyMaster\SalesContact\Communication\Address and SupplierPartyMaster\UserArea\EamSupplierContact.

Corrected wrong actionCode for outbound SyncSupplierPartyMaster('Change' is corrected to 'Replace') and ProcessSupplierPartyMaster('Replace' is corrected to 'Change') on updating existing supplier.

END OF DATABRIDGE IMPACT NOTE

Cloud customer (EAM 12.0 202301) is sending to EAM the attached SyncSupplierPartyMaster via ION integration to update the supplier's contact details with tag <ActionExpression actionCode="Change"/> . On EAM, databridge message status shows processing status as Completed, and on Suppliers | Contacts the fields related to SupplierPartyMaster/SalesContact are successfully updated however Preferred Contact Method (R5COMPCONTACTS.CCO_PREFERREDCONTACTMETHOD) is updated to null, but not included as such in the BOD.

Is there a tag missing? Or should they change actionCode?

# Check on Suppliers | Contacts that Preferred Contact Method is not null for supplier 9000104537, contact sequence 1

# Send attached SyncSupplierPartyMaster as inbound to EAM via ION (db details on comments)

# Verify on Databridge Message Status the processing is Complete

# Check on Suppliers | Contacts for supplier 9000104537, contact sequence 1

*Expected results*: Preferred Contact Method is not null

*Actual results*: Preferred Contact Method is updated to null (can check audit trail and timestamp)
