 Description 

When selecting Log Type to Report and running the Display File(s) option, the system generates an error stating that "Report server is not available. Report server logs could not be saved.", even when the report server is reachable and application is already setup to point to that report server (i.e. printing reports works fine from EAM).

*Steps to reproduce:*

# Navigate to the View Log Files screen

# Set File Type to either All or Log

# Set Log Type to either All or Report

# Click on Display File(s)

*Expected result:*

Logs from reporting should be listed

*Actual result:*

Error message is displayed stating "Report server is not available. Report server logs could not be saved."
