The customer has set up the autosync with ArcMap to get the x/y location coordinates in EAM updated with any updated coordinates given in GIS. When doing so, the autosync fails and throws the error shown in the log file attached to this case. *User is utilizing the ArcMap 10.8.2 with the toolbar 12.0.0.0 |
