Component = Work # Parts | Stock - Add store in org 1 and then a second store in org 2 and add qty to both. # User Setup | Organizations - filter for user ID and remove org 2, save and logout. # Work Orders - create WO for org 1, add equipment and change the department to '*' # Work Orders | Parts - Click the part LOV. You will see the part listed for the store in org 2 _COMMENTS_ 30-JAN-2019 It appears the use case will need to be updated to handle this situation. The standard organization rules apply for the part being looked up, but if we want to filter out based on store organization, then that will need to be documented. In addition, the part lookup is filtering records based on the STORESEC install parameter. That is not documented in the use case and needs to be clarified. 31-JAN-2019 Please check that WO Quick Entry is working correctly as well. That is the only other place I could think of where this issue might exist. 28-JUL-2020 Tested steps again in 11.5 202004 and issue is there as well |
