Hi, WO Authorization is working properly in the WO screen but not in Work Request. In WO Authorization, I added these: ||*WO Type*||*WO Status*|| |Asset Transfer|Transfer Initiated Req| |Breakdown|Work Request| |Breakdown|Released| In the Work Request Screen, regardless of WO Type, in the status field _Transfer Initiated Req_ and _Work Request_ are being shown. Both statuses have System Status of Work Request (Q). And also, according to the Use Case of Work Request screen, the status field should be blank initially when adding a new record, but in this case, the status field is not refreshing when choosing another WO type. 12.4 Status dropdown If work order authorization (JTAUTH) is YES then: *In insert mode*: <blank> until work order type has been chosen. After work order type is chosen status list will refresh with values from user group’s work order authorization list that have insert right with system status Work Request (Q) for the work order type chosen. *Steps to Reproduce:* Install Parameters: JTAUTH, JTAUTHLV = YES 1) Go to System Codes screen, Setup: Types, For Entity: JBTP 2) Add the 2 job type: User Code: ASTR, System code: BR, Description: Asset Transfer User Code: BRKD, System code: BR, Description: Breakdown 3) Save it. 4) On the same screen, go to Setup: Statuses, For Entity: EVST 5) Add these statuses: User Code: Q System Code: Q Description: Work Request User Code: R System Code: R Description: Released User Code: TR01 System Code: Q Description: Transfer Initiated Req 6) Save it. 7) Go to Status Authorization 8) In User Group: R5, User: *, Entity: EVNT From Status: - To Status: Q (Work Request) From Status: - To Status: R (Released) From Status: - To Status: TR01 (Transfer Initiated Req) Setup this for R5REQ, User: *, Entity: EVNT : From Status: - To Status: Q (Work Request) From Status: - To Status: TR01 (Transfer Initiated Req) 9) Save it 10) In the User Group screen, choose R5. Go to the WO Authorization tab. 11) Add these with Insert, Update and Delete rights: WO Type: Asset Transfer, WO Status: Transfer Initiated Req WO Type: Breakdown, WO Status: Work Request WO Type: Breakdown, WO Status: Released 12) Save it. 13) In the same User Group screen, look for R5REQ, and add the WO authorization except: WO Type: Breakdown, WO Status: Released 14) Save it. 15) Log in as R5REQ 16) Go to the Work Request screen 17) In the Type field, choose Asset Transfer 18) In the status field, check the available values Expected Result: The status field should only contain Transfer Initiated Req Actual Result: The status field contains Transfer Initiated Req and Work Request |
