If you are installing OpenJDK 13, you must do the following:
Verify that the correct version of Java is installed by updating the Path system environment variable to include the Java JDK bin folder:

Navigate to the Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\System folder, and click Advanced system settings.

On the Advanced tab, click Environment Variables.
The Environment Variables dialog box appears.

In the System variables box, select Path, and click Edit.
The Edit environment variable dialog box appears.

Click Edit text, click OK to dismiss the warning, and do the following:

Move to the end of the line in the Variable value box.

Enter a semicolon (;) followed by the full path to the installed Java JDK bin folder. For example:
;C:\Program Files\JAVA\jdk-13.0.2\bin

Click OK to close the Edit System Variable dialog box.

Click OK to close the Environment Variables dialog box.

Click OK to close the System Properties dialog box.

From a command prompt, execute a command to check which version of Java is installed. For example: C:\WINDOWS\system32>java -version.
You should see the correct version information, for example:
C:\Users\Administrator>java -version openjdk version "13.0.2" 2020-01-14 OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 13.0.2+8) OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 13.0.2+8, mixed mode, sharing)
Run Tomcat9w.exe delivered to the [installation location]\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat [version]\bin folder, and do the following:

On the Java tab:

Set Java Virtual Machine to the jvm.dll file path delivered with the OpenJDK 13 installation.

Add the following to Java Options:
-Djava.library.path=[SPM Server installation location]\SmartPlant\Markup\Brava! Enterprise\Brava! License

Click Apply.

On the Log On tab, set This account to a domain user account with administrator privileges. Click Apply.

Go to Start > Administrative Tools > Services, and restart the Apache Tomcat service.
