Defines a material for the roof plates.
To edit or view the material properties for the roof plate, click the ellipsis 
to the right of the box. Then, select Edit Properties to open the Material Properties Dialog Box.
To change the roof plate material, click the ellipsis to the right of the blank box. Then, select Database to open the Material Selection Dialog Box, from which you can click to select a new material.
