The Home Tab > Units panel lets you change the units for the current TANK job. Select the unit of measure you want from the Units box. The software updates the currently open job to the units you selected.
You can also change the units for the current job by selecting Tools Tab > Configuration and selecting a new Units File value in the Database Definitions configuration settings.
