Represents the allowable design stress, referred to as Sd in the API code. This value is automatically registered by the software if the material was selected from the database.
If necessary, the value of design allowable stress obtained from the database may be overridden by typing in a different value.
For stainless steels, this value is displayed as zero, since a temperature versus
allowable table is used instead.
