This process will re-open a previously approved forecast variance change, restores the time-phased forecast from before the approval and removes the incremental updates to the current forecast. Once re-opened, the forecast variance change will be cancelled, preventing any further use of the change.
-
To prevent permanent, unrecoverable data loss: run this action only once after approval of a forecast variance change.
-
When the forecast variance is canceled, the Current Forecast reverts to the Prior Forecast values, and Prior Forecast becomes zero.
-
Ensure that the visual workflow is canceled through the System Notifications prior to running the Cancel Forecast Variance action.
-
