This process allows you to update the Version Access to an user.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Core Admin > Users and Security > Users and Security.

  2. Click the user from the list whose version access needs to be updated.

  3. Click the Version Access tab.

  4. (Optional) Select the Version Super User check box to grant super user access to the user.

  5. Click ASSIGN SECURITY GROUP to assign access to a version.

    This option is unavailable if you have already selected Version Super User check box.

  6. Click SAVE to update the Version Access.

    To cancel the updates, click CANCEL.
