Follow the procedure below to add equipment components to the selected crew.

  1. In the Crew Component Details panel, click the Crew Equipment tab.

    By default, the last selected crew appears in the Crew ellipsis. To change the crew, click the Crew ellipsis in the green parameter bar and select the required crew.

  2. Click the Insert Row icon to add a new equipment component.

  3. Click the Equipment ID ellipsis to select the required equipment.

  4. Click the Rate Source drop-down to select the required rate source. The available rate sources are listed below:

    • Transaction Rate

    • Transaction Unit Rate

      When you select the Rate Source as Transaction Rate, you do not have to select the Rate Table.

  5. Type in the required Quantity.

  6. Click the UOM ellipsis to select the required unit of measure.

  7. (Optional) Click the Rate Table drop-down to select the required rate table.

  8. Type in the required Description.

  9. (Optional) Click the Currency ellipsis to select the required currency.

    By default, USD appears when you do not select any currency.

  10. Click the Save icon. The Daily Hours, Total Daily Hours, Hourly Rate Per Quantity, and Total Hourly Rate auto-populate.

    • Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete the selected equipment component.

    • You can customize the view of the equipment component attributes from the view settings.
