Permit, certificate, and isolation locations can be viewed on plant floor plans or equipment schematics.
To view all of the configured locations for all of the forms (except the Complete forms) in the module, click Schematic View and select the schematic you want to open from the option list. The selected schematic view opens.
In the example above, the different color shapes represent the different permits configured. The red shapes represent the Hot Work permits, blue the Cold Work permits, and gray the Breaking Containment permits. Different shapes can be drawn for each permit type.
The module’s filters can be applied to the schematic view.
To return to the module’s list view, click Logbook View.
Red, blue, and gray are the default Hot Work, Cold Work, and Breaking Containment permit colors respectively. These colors (as well as the permit types) are edited
in the CoW – Permit Types configuration module. Refer to Configure types for more information.
