For the modified parts, the REVISION_STATUS attribute specifies the changes that triggered the regenerated output. The table below describes possible changes and lists their values.
The REVISION_STATUS attribute combines values if the software encounters more than one type of change during export.
Change |
Value |
Meaning |
---|---|---|
Unknown |
1 |
The software found differences during export, but cannot determine the nature of the differences. |
Material |
4 |
The material, part name, direction, or other production information changed.
This includes the material but also accounts for part name, direction, or other production information. Part Weight and Area are not included in this check. If the Weight changes because of a material change this is reported as 4 because the material changed. If the weight and area change because the outer contour change this is reported as 8 because of the outer contour change. If both material and contour are changed it will be reported as both 4 and 8. |
Outer Contour |
8 |
The outer contour changed. If the software cannot find the matching contour XML for an edge after comparing the modification to the previous version, it returns 8 in the REVISION_STATUS attribute. If the weight and area change due to an outer contour change, REVISION_STATUS returns 8. |
Inner Contour |
16 |
The inner contour changed. If the software cannot find the matching contour XML for an edge after comparing the modification to the previous version, it returns 16 in the REVISION_STATUS attribute. If the weight and area change due to an inner contour change, REVISION_STATUS returns 16. |
Marking |
32 |
Marking attributes or marking geometry changed. This includes modified geometry or geometry that moved, and changes to attributes. |
Bevel/PC |
64 |
Bevel attributes changed. |
