Click the Grid View Command on the ribbon.

In the tree view, expand the Select Lists > Property Categories node.

In the blank row at the bottom of the grid view, type the short description, long description, and select list number of your new category.

To add another category, click the Insert Row Command .

The software automatically saves the data that you enter when you select another row, select another node in the tree view, or select another command.

If you select another row before entering all the required data, the software displays a message about the missing data.
