To include a web link in your statement, you have two choices:

• For a searchable URL: Use [ ] brackets around the URL followed by a space and then the text that you want to be clickable. Only the clickable text appears and not the full URL. For example, [https://www.acceleratorkms.com  AcceleratorKMS]. Only "AcceleratorKMS" appears and takes the user to the specified URL.

• If the URL does not need to be searchable: Click the link icon in the statement toolbar.

  1. In the Display text field, enter the clickable text you want to be visible, such as AcceleratorKMS.

  2. In the URL field, enter the URL, such as www.acceleratorkms.com.

  3. On the Target tab, select New window if you want the URL to open in a new window.
