If you are using your Smart API in a localized environment, you must configure IIS to enable updating of values or dates that include localized separators such as a comma used to represent a decimal point.

In the Administrative Tools window, double-click Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.

Select the server node and double-click the .NET Globalization icon.

In the list beside the Culture row, select the language you want to work with.

Under Actions, click Apply.
