Customizing the Progress Bar - Intergraph Smart P&ID - 11 - Installation & Upgrade - Hexagon

You can customize the progress bar if you are an administrator or have the necessary permissions.

In Smart P&ID, you can choose between the classic and new progress bars.

The classic progress bar shows visual progress, whereas the new progress bar provides more comprehensive information by displaying the current operation or task being executed. In addition to visual progress, it includes a percentage completion indicator.

Enable the new progress bar

1. Go to ..\SmartPlant\P&ID Workstation\bin folder and

2. Copy the igrProgressBar412C.dll.config file to your desktop or another location.

3. Open the config file using a text editor.

4. Change the value attribute from 0 to 1.

   

5. Copy the modified file back to the ..\SmartPlant\P&ID Workstation\bin folder.

6. Restart the application.

To switch to classic progress bar, change the value attribute back to 0.
