In the Desktop Client, select File > New > Report.

Select the view definition you created previously.

Select XHTML from the Report Output Style list.

On the Report details tab, select all the checkboxes except Name.

Update the properties in the Caption column to suit your requirements, and then select OK.
Edit a report definition for a Tag
The following steps can be referred to as an example of properties that you can synchronize
with OSIsoft PI.

In the Edit Report Definition dialog, select Description.

Edit Caption, and then select Save. For more information, see Define filter criteria for an Adhoc report.

Use Criteria to filter the Tags for synchronization.

You can also add other properties to the report.

In the Save Report dialog, enter the required information, and then select OK.
