To install the HxGN SDx Connector for OSIsoft PI in silent mode, run the installation program file from the command line with the required information passed as arguments.
For example, to install the HxGN SDx Connector for OSIsoft PI with client components for SDx, run the following command, using your serial number, user name and company name:
"HxGN SDx Connector for OSIsoft PI.exe" –silent –install SLAACCEPT=YES ADDLOCAL=Main,ClientSDx SERIALNUM=<productserialnumber> USERNAME=UserName COMPANYNAME=YourCompany
Provide a full path while installing the HxGN SDx Connector for OSIsoft PI, or change
the folder path to the location where you want to save, and give the necessary parameters
as mentioned above.
For example: "D:\Software\HxGN SDx Connector for OSIsoft PI.exe"

After a successful silent installation, the software records all the details into a log file. Check the .log file to ensure that the installation proceeded without errors. The default location is: [Installation drive]:\Users\<userid>\AppData\Local\Temp.
