Barcode Manager

  • MobileScan now supports only barcodes in uppercase. See Upload supplier barcodes. (CR-54138)

  • Barcode will now be unique for each project. Once a barcode is used in a project, it cannot be used in another project. See Barcode generation and printing. (CR-64207)

  • You can now generate and scan a QR code instead of manually typing the REST API URL See Download Rest API URL. (CR-65599)

  • Seeing multiple GPS coordinates for a location? See the discrepancy report and update/resolve the discrepancy. See Check the discrepancy report. (CR-57113)

Receive

  • In MRR, you can now attach pictures using your device camera or from your device gallery. See Receive material using the inner scan. (CR-44795, CR-64112)

  • You can now select a heat number from the inventory or define heat number for a selected ident. See Heat numbers and ZC_ATT_HT. (CR-45003)

  • MobileScan now reflects line item quantity changes immediately both in MIR and MRR. It also indicates pending scans. See Scan behavior. (CR-63907)

  • You can now update quantity of line items in MIR/MRR/MTR/PICS even when the mobile device is off-line (no internet). (CR-64021, CR-65785)

  • Scan option to add new mappings for barcode/RFID/Bluetooth instead of typing in the following screens: (CR-68211)

    • MRR screen - filter line items and adding alias

    • ItemInfo screen - Barcode search field and adding alias.

Smart Receive

  • Enhanced Smart Receive function now supports receiving packages from across different queryable disciplines. See M_PCK_QRCODE_CUSTOM. (CR-68810)

Transfer

  • MobileScan application now suggests and auto-populates the warehouse and location details with the nearest warehouse and location in the Automatic Transfer In screen. See Automatic Transfer In. (CR-49576)

  • From Automatic Transfer In screen, you can now transfer material from multiple warehouses/locations and with quantity greater than 1. See Automatic Transfer In. (CR-49576)

  • You can now update quantity of line items in MTR even when the mobile device is off-line (no internet). (CR-64021, CR-65785)

  • For office-initiated transfer, application populates only those warehouses and locations that are part of the MTR. See Transfer out by scan, Transfer in by scan. (CR-67158, CR-60688)

  • Enhanced maps functionality for better usability including: See

    • Show on Map on MTR/MIR, to focus on selected item.

    • Enhancements to focus of the map

  • MobileScan now displays item, warehouse, and location on a map by overlaying images captured using drones on Open Street Maps. See Overlay images. (CR-72306)

  • In MTR, navigate a user to item location using the GPS information. See Transfer out by line item. (CR-55341)

  • Based on the GPS information for warehouse and location, MobileScan now displays warehouses and locations nearest to your location. See Warehouse and location. (CR-56813)

Initiate Issue

  • Initiate issue now allows you to select the drawing, identifies the nearest warehouse where material is available and then lets you create a MIR. See Initiate Issue By Drawing. (CR-MA49574)

  • In Initiate issue By Drawing screen, you can now select multiple drawings before creating an MIR. See Initiate Issue By Drawing. (CR-58803)

  • You can now select BOM nodes and drawings, before creating an MIR. See Initiate Issue By Drawing. (CR-58805)

  • MobileScan now restricts the search function of Find Drawings to return only the IFC BOM nodes. (CR-68156)

  • Enhanced Free Inventory Scan functionality to update GPS information for all mapped barcodes. (CR-70298)
