With the administrator role, one can log on and create a set of users as required for the installations. See Log into Smart Completions as Administrator.
Added the contract ID information to the export reports of RFIs
You can now export the contract ID information by adding export Manager's available fields. See Creating a new export.
Introduced four state sign off for certificates
Now sign off using the Certificate Four Sign Off option to submit, verify, complete and close the smart form. See Smart Forms.
Configure email notifications with the ability to add keywords to the subject line and body of the email
You can now create emails by adding keywords that are defined i the system to edit the subject line and body of the email for Punch, Task, Certificate, and so on. See Configure Email notifications.
