Unknown Host
Follow these steps if you encounter the message No such host is known, as shown in the example above.

Open the S3DLoopBackClient.exe.config file using a text editor, and verify that the Listener computer name and the IP address are correct. Close the file. For information on these settings, see Setting up the Client_Windows Service.

In Control Panel, click Administrative Tools, and then click Services. Verify that the Intergraph Smart 3D LoopBack Listener Service is started; click Start if the service is not started. For information on starting the service, see Setting up Nesting LoopBack_Windows Service. In the example below, the service is started.
No Connection
Follow these steps if you encounter the message No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it [IP address:Port Number], as shown in the example above.

Verify that the IP address is defined correctly. For information about the correct settings, see Setting up the Client_Windows Service.
