The software uses the Laser Scan Editor and Laser Scan Viewer access groups to control access to its data. For example, the DataCaptureController is assigned to the Laser Scan Editor access group, thereby all the Laser Scan Editor access group administrator privileges are also assigned to the DataCaptureController.
Laser Scan Editor (LScan Editor)
Using the Web Client, you can:

View and manage site, server, and laser scan data.

Navigate to an object and view its details in the laser scan.

Create and relate TruView objects with the existing HxGN SDx objects.

Create, view, update, or terminate a laser scan server.

Synchronize both the HxGN SDx application server and TruView Enterprise/TruView Cloud application server to import the site data from one server to the other.

Use Linear, Angular or Point measurements to measure the co-ordinates of any point, distance between any two points, and angle among three points on the laser scan image.
