Add Lag between the Tasks - EcoSys - 2.03 - Help - Hexagon PPM

You can add a lag or delay between two tasks or milestones. Lag is a delay in hours on the successor task to be begin after the predecessor task ends. Follow the procedure below to add a lag between the tasks.

1. Navigate to Projects > Project Schedule.

2. At the top of the screen, in the green parameter bar, click the Project and Calendar ellipsis to select the required project and calendar.

   The administrator defines calendars which include the time-zone, start time, duration, working days, and non-working days.

3. Click Refresh for screen update. The existing tasks appear on the gantt chart.

   

4. Double-Click the link between two tasks. The Edit link dialog box appears.

   

5. Type the number of hours to be delayed in Lag.

6. Click OK. The Start Date and End Date of the successor task is updated.
