This procedure enables you to make an unavailable fund available for fund allocation. Once the fund is made available, a log entry appears in the Fund Log panel and the status of the fund changes to Available.

Navigate to Portfolio > Fund Source.

Click the Actions list and select Set Fund to Available.

Click the Fund ellipsis to select the required fund. By default, the last selected fund appears.

(Optional) Type in a Comment.

Click RUN and then OK. The status of the fund is changed to Available in the Fund Register panel.

To view the log entry, click the Log tab.

To view the status of the fund, click the Fund Register tab.

The fund can be allocated only when it is in the available status.
