Defines the content and format of the fixed and user-defined layouts of the cut list.
For Smart 3D models, any options group listed below that is not applicable for the
current Smart 3D isometric drawing style (Pipeline, CableTray, HVAC, AsBuilt, or AsBuilt_Demolition)
does not display on the Options panel.
