Controls what is shown on the isometric drawing. For example, you can set the direction of the north arrow and specify how nominal size information appears on the isometric drawing.
For Smart 3D models, any options group listed below that is not applicable for the
current Smart 3D isometric drawing style (Pipeline, CableTray, HVAC, AsBuilt, or AsBuilt_Demolition)
does not display on the Options panel.

Nominal Sizes / Widths / Widths - Diameters defines settings for the output of nominal size data. For more information, see Nominal Sizes / Widths / Widths - Diameters.
The type of isometric drawing style that is currently active determines the options
group name that displays in the Options panel. For pipeline isometrics, the group name displays as Nominal Sizes, for Smart 3D cabletray isometrics, the group name displays as Widths, and for Smart 3D HVAC isometrics, the group name displays as Width/Diameter.
