Applying updates using the Rules of Progress Utility - Intergraph Smart Construction - 2019 (7.0) - Help - Hexagon PPM

Using the Rules of Progress Utility, you can update large sets of component items after the Rules of Progress workbook has been updated without have to retrieve every model or drawing again or refresh all the work steps of every IWP.

1. Log on to Smart Construction as an administrator.

2. Click Administration on the Smart Construction Standard Toolbar and select Rules of Progress Utility to open the Rules of Progress Utility window.

3. Click the Updates tab.

4. Click Refresh to load a summary of retrieved component types in the system.

5. In the resulting grid, review the rate tables defined in the Rules of Progress workbook and, for each table, the number of components that could potentially be affected by a change in that rate table.

6. Click Queue in any row to queue the specified components for rules of progress processing.
