Problem
PDFs do not open properly on the Printable Guides page when using Adobe Reader X.
Solution
When a client is configured to run in compatibility mode for Windows XP (Service Pack 3), PDFs on the Printable Guides page do not open properly.
Configure Adobe Reader to be a helper application

Start Adobe Reader, click Edit > Preferences, select the Internet category, and clear the Display PDF in browser option.
Open the PDF with Protected Mode disabled

On the Adobe Reader Protected Mode dialog box, select the Open with Protected Mode disabled option. Click OK.
