Smart 3D and the Intergraph Smart 3D Web API
Connection
The example animation shows connection to an SDx Operations server from Smart Review. You must open a model in Smart Review that is available on the SDx Operations server.
Follow the steps below to create your server connection. For Smart 3D connection, the .vue, .svf or .zvf file must contain the same data as the model on the server.

Make sure you have configured your server and registered Smart Review as a client. See Configure for Server Connection.

Open the model file containing the objects and 2D drawing associations in Smart Review.

Select File > Settings.

From Tablet Mode, tap Expand and then Settings. -
From Sources, enter the Web URL address of the Smart 3D server for data retrieval. If you already have a previous connection, click More
and then select Edit to enter the Smart 3D server web URL.

Click Save.

Click More
, and then select Connect.

Sign in with any required credentials you or your system administrator set up for the server.
Successful Connection Example:
Smart Review automatically saves the connection information to your project database .mdb file.
When you share the project database, the connection information is automatically shared
so that other users can quickly connect.
