To use this functionality, you must install the Simulation and Visual Effects module.

The Smart Review Animation Sequencer provides a timeline chart that allows you to analyze and manage the progression of an animated work project represented in a 3D model. Additionally, the Sequencer contains commands to play back animations within a specific time range or the entire duration of all animations.

You can perform the following operations using the Animation Sequencer:

  • Set the start and end times of animations.

  • Manage the duration and scheduling of Key Frame and Display Set animations.

  • See the overall time of Key Frame, ScheduleReview, and Display Set animations to find the expected completion date.

  • Play all animations within a predefined time range. As your animations play, the Sequencer automatically moves the timeline so that you can see the activity in the 3D model and review the corresponding dates.

  • Pause the animation playback, change the scheduling of one or more Key Frame and Display Set animations, and then restart playback to look at your changes.

Although it is not intended to be a simulator, the Animation Sequencer allows you to arrange animations to reflect the schedules required in your project.
