Creates a new batch job for the document, edits the existing batch job, or deletes the existing batch job.

You can also use Tools > Batch Management Command to update existing batch jobs. See Manage batch jobs.

Schedule a new job

Specifies that you are creating a new batch job for the document. Click Next to display the next page of the Schedule Wizard and define a new batch job. See Set Batch Job Frequency (Schedule Wizard).

Edit an existing job

Specifies that you want to edit or delete an existing batch job definition. When you select this option, the table at the bottom of the page enables.

Delete

Deletes the batch job selected in the table at the bottom of the dialog box. This button is only enabled when a batch job is selected.

Existing batch job table

Lists the batch jobs for the document. To edit a batch job definition, select it in the table and click Next to display the next page of the Schedule Wizard. See Set Batch Job Frequency (Schedule Wizard).
