Administrators can modify property data in the SPCRetrieveMappings.xlsm workbook to customize the workbook to their business needs.

Check out and open the SPCRetrieveMappings.xlsm workbook.

Modify property data.

Save changes to the SPCRetrieveMappings.xlsm workbook.

Select the Main tab of the worksheet.

Click Generate Retrieve Mapping to generate a new XML file with the modified mapped properties.

Check in and sign off the file in the SmartPlant Foundation Desktop Client.
