You need to install Power BI Desktop Client to view or customize the delivered Power BI web reports.

  1. Find the report template you wish to customize in the ReportLibraries folder of the site bin directory (for example, browse to [Drive]:\SmartPlant Foundation [Software version] Server Files\Web_Sites\[Web Site]\Bin\ReportLibraries\PowerBI).

    If you plan to replace the existing file, we recommend you make a backup of the original.

  2. Open and edit the template in Power BI Desktop Client.

  3. Change the data source. For more information, refer to Power BI online help.

  4. Save your changes, and publish the report either on the web or on a local reports server.

If you are creating a localized version of the existing file, save the report to the appropriate language folder.
