  1. Select the section you want to trigger the email when it is submitted in the section window at the top of the Section configuration pane.

  2. Scroll down to the Email section on the pane.

  3. Click New Email

  4. Select On Section Submission from the Send Trigger list.

  5. Select Role Based Recipients from the Add Recipient option list. The Choose a Role Based Recipients window appears.

  6. Select the roles you want to receive the email notification. The j5 users assigned to these roles will receive the email notification.

    Only one role can be added to the recipient list at a time. To add another role, select Role Based Recipients from the Add Recipient option list again.

    The j5 user email addresses are configured in the Users configuration module.

  7. Configure the email’s Subject and Message.

  8. Configure the other input boxes as required.
